ANTECH Segmented Gamma Scanner (SGS)
The ANTECH segmented gamma scanner (or SGS) is a robust and comprehensive radioactive waste assay system for measuring waste in drums. It retains all of the capabilities of the original segmented gamma scanner developed by Parker, Riley and Martin at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the USA, equipment that is widely used for radioactive waste assay around the world. The ANTECH Model G3200 also incorporates enhancements to the measurement capability of the original SGS.
